China changing policies on single parents?

Has anyone else heard anything about this? I am single, have one child and would like to adopt from China, but perhaps I need to investigate other countries.

My agency was Great Wall of China and they did not notify me when they notified all other single applicants and I lost out. I would look into somewhere else! Guatmela and Russia are open to single adoptions. Pat
