When your agency sent the dossiers to China each time, did the CCAA process the batches of dossiers in the order in which they were recieved? For example, if you agency sent batches over on the 1, 8, 15, and 22 of the month, those sent in on the 1 had an earlier Official DTC/LID than those sent in on the 8th. The ones sent in on the 8th had an earlier date than those sent in on the 15th, etc, with those sent in on the 22nd having the latest DTC/LID of the four groups?
For whatever reason, an agency is telling me that the CCAA has processed an entire months worth of dossiers in reverse order, even though they were all sent in at different times. That the CCAA started with the last ones there and ended proces with the first ones there.
I have never heard of this happening before and was wondering if anyone else had.

Hi there,
To the best of my knowledge my agency's dossiers were logged in in the order they were rec'd. Our agency sends dossiers every Friday as long as there's at least 4 to go out. Mine was sent on the 12th of November and was logged in on the 19th of December, both Fridays. So, obviously mine was logged in before they rec'd the batch that was being sent out on th 19th. Make sense? So, in my experience ours were definitely logged in prior to the following weeks dossiers.

Hello!
I have a DTC of Dec.17...& LID of Dec.28. I am using FTIA. I know everyone from the Dec. group from our agency was logged in the right order, not reversed like you mentioned. What month did that happen in? I read somewhere on another website that this happened to a group of people in Dec. That really doesn't seem fair. I know when you are anxiosly waiting for that referral, every week does matter.

It happened this past December. I have actually found out through chatter amongst a couple of different groups that several agencies had this problem. The dossiers that went over on or around December 10th, like mine, seem to have been hit the hardest with the later date.
Que sera sera. Its all falling into place in spite of a few setbacks!
