Wish we could...
We won't be making it to the conference, but wish we could. I would love to participate in the discussions with the SWI director and entourage from China. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience. GWCA has so many wonderful experiences planeed for this conference. Sadly, we will be home in Florida wishing we could be there!

My husband and I are thinking about it. We have a call in this morning to find out if our 2 1/2 year old would be allowed to come with us. There are so many sessions that I would like to go to, but obviously can't go to them all!
I really want to hear the Officials from the orphange speak. That is the main reason. I think that will be very interesting. Are you going? Liz

Hi LLau,
What did GWCA say about bringing your 2 1/2 year old. I also have a toddler and was thinking about going to the conference. I am originally from NJ and would love to visit. I also think this seminar would be great! Thanks!! Ryleigh

Hi. We were told by GW that the kids would be bored by the length of the seminars, so it probably woulndn't be the best place. I can completely understand that. They even offered to find a baby sitter for us to attend.
For now, I think we will pass. I can't leave my son with a stranger, even though the gesture was very nice. Sorry guys. Was looking forward to trying to meet some of you! Liz
