Hello, My agency's license is expiring June 30th, they are telling us to submit the dossier along with Homestudy (that has the current license due to expire in it) before June 30th anyway. They say it won't matter once the dossier is submitted. This does not sound right. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Has anyone ever had their agency's license expire while their dossier was in China?

Are they planning on renewing their license? If not, I'd say that's a red flag.

Why is the Agency allowing their license to expire?

What reasoning are they giving you?

Is there going to be a temporary, or interim license?

Thank you for responding! I should have been more clear...The agency is waiting for their renewed license to come in. They said that they have been approved but are waiting for the actual documentation to get to them, which should be at the end of June. Do you think the Chinese authorities would accept the Homestudy with expired license but with a copy of the new license page? We are ready to send this off, I would hate to delay another two weeks if I don't have to.
