ISO Birthfamily Adopted thru The Adoption Institute
I am looking for any and all of my birthfamily. All I know is that my BC is kinda vague but says I was born in a hospital in Los Angeles, Ca on November 16, 1952 attending at birth was Alonzo Monk M.D. Then I have a copy of my adoption papers that says Ben Hoffman for The Adoption Institute handled my adoption and my adoptive parents are both deceased now but were represented by attorney Edward L. Butterworth from Los Angeles,Ca. The papers say that my birthparents were legally married and my adoptive parents took me on December 15, 1952. Finalized on October 8, 1953 in front of Judge Georgia P. Bullock. Decree of Adoption #AD27427 |
