searching for a half sister my mother gave birth to in Charlotte , NC on february 28, 1983 we believe. She was delivered by C-section. Mother was 17 at the time and baby girl was bi-racial. Mother believes she weighed 7 Lbs. 10 Oz. Mothers completed education level was 10th grade. Mother was from Alamance county but was sent to Charlotte to give birth by her parents. Baby girl was adopted by family that adopted many bi-racial children my mother was told. Mother cant remember what adoption agency took over the adoption, for her parents basically brainwashed her of that memory.
