09/09/1974???

I was adopted through CHS of Jax, Fl. My adoption was final 2/14/75. I have some info from my aparents which is what they received from CHS back in 1975. It was turned over to me after I turned 18. I wonder if this info would be the same if I requested non id info today? Did not have any info on names or ages just guesses on how old they were. Early teens for bmom and early twenties for bdad.
