Invalid Missouri Birth Certificate
Has anyone ever found out that their birth certificate was invalid issued from the City of St. Louis? The adoption was handled thru the Children's Home Society of St Louis. Please any information would be helpful.

It is my understanding that the adoptions from CHS took place in St. Louis County because that is where the agency was. If the adoption occured since the late 1960's/early 1970's the birth certificate has been amended to reflect the adopted parents names and an original should be sealed in Jeff City. Do you have information to the contrary?
