I too have kids that are differently abled. My daughter(5) has paralysis on her left side. My son(4) can't walk. I'm always looking for new ideas to help them. I'm also happy to see this forum.

Can't wait to get things rolling!

We need to figure out how to get word out that this forum is here! I know there are other parents out there, but just today I read someone saying that they bookmark the board they go to the most and they just don't go to the other ones. So I bet most people don't know this is here.

I am very open to suggestions on getting cross promotion. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to facilitate this!

I posted it on special needs. I am thinking that if those of us who post on very active boards let people know, then some will come see. I know that I read the Russian board way more than I post. I post more in the special needs because I feel I fit in there more. Someone recently came over to the special needs board, saying she felt like she was not understood on the Russian boards. I think the parents of physically disabled children are out there, but they are lurking. Perhaps they are on some of the more active boards. I will post on the russian board, but I didn't want to just pop in as a stranger on boards like the big adoption one or the Guat or china boards.
