Hi. I am looking for my older brother. He was adopted in or around 1972-73, in Ulster County NY region. He was born in July 1971 and was given the birth name of Edward Mulstay. He would be about 33 years of age. He has 1 sister (myself) 31 years of age, 2 brothers: Shaun Age 28 and Shane Age 26. We are all hoping to be reunited and having the chance to meet him. Though we understand having never been raised together it would be difficult to look at one another at first as siblings but we are hoping to modify that. His Birthparents are Edward Mulstay and Sally Shaffert. He was born in Poughkepsie Dutchess County NY at St. Francis Hospital in July of 1971. any info would be wonderul, please.

hi just so you no the hospital was st.frances the hospital in portjervis orange county was st.francis i called poughkeepsie and this is what they told me we to are searching for an adoptee but we are searching for one born in st.francis in port,just incase when you search it is case sensitive it might help all my best to you in your search..
