I am an adoptee born 1951 in Houston, Tx.
I have no idea how my adoption was handled other than I was born in a Catholic hosp., birth mother from Ohio, no other info available.Both adoptive parents deceased & birthcertificate shows them as mother/father.

I wanted to see how would i go about looking for my half sister. I was informed about 10 years ago that i have a half sister that was given up for adoption well before i came into this world. All i know is that she was born on Dec 8, 1975 in Lafayette Louisiana and that my mother went through Catholic Social Services for the adoption. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm an adoptee looking for my birth parents...
Born April 30, 1976 thru Catholic Charities in Syracuse New York (Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital I think). I have a very small amount of info about my birth mother

I've pursued as much as I can through C.C. and got biological info but no identifying info and have submitted my info to them in case my biological mother wants to meet.
I think my birth mother might have tracked me down when I was in college at one point. I spoke to a peculiar woman one day who asked me some odd questions, but it didnt hit me until the next day it might have been her. I regret that moment didnt happen differently. I'd be greatful for any help in this search
