ISO brother born 4/22/1968
My mom had a son on 4/22/1968 in port orange, florida through catholic charities. I understand that they change birth dates and city/state born. The last info we received was that the child might have been adopted in new york and that is also probably the state on the birth certificate. I have been lookding for years and hope that maybe someday I will get to meet my brother.
