[Fords2x]

I was born (Single, male) in Henry W. Putnam Hospital in Bennington VT. I weighed 8 lbs, 5 1/2 oz, was 19 1/2 inches long, 39cm head. DOB 10/21/1971, born at 11:10pm.

I was sent to Vermont Catholic Charities, the only paperwork I have from them has the date 12/21/1971 on it, so I'm unsure If I was relinquished at birth, or if my birth parents kept me for a few months.

All I know of them is they were very young, 14 and 15 at the time. Not positive on the age, just going by what my Adoptive parents told me. They said they met them once, but "Don't remember their names."

I was at VT Catholic Charities for about 8 months before being adopted.

A sibling on my birth mothers side was diabetic, and my nationality is French according to this paperwork.
