Heart what does unconditional love

What does unconditional love mean to you?

What part of your life has unconditional love?

Loving a person in the purist possible way despite any mistakes they've made, despite the fact that they are imperfect, just loving the real pure them.
Unfortunetly I don't have that yet.
I want it though. I wonder if that's even posible as so many things can get in the way, like your own inperfections. One has to somehow learn to love themselves unconditionally and that is very hard.

"Just put your feet down child,
The water is only waist high.
I'll let go of you gently,
Then you can swim to me."

When you have a person (child in my case) that is a constant challenge and often difficult. Besides "loving for what they are” you push your brain till it hurts to find out why they are doing what they are doing and what I can do to help them. So not just accepting the quirks, but taking the time to recognize them as quirks and working hard to help them overcome them.
