Social Workers in Southern New Jersey

My husband and I are an African-American couple looking to adopt an African-American or bi-racial infant of any gender. However, we need help finding a reputable and affordable social worker to conduct our homestudy -- soon! Can anyone point me in the right direction? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
