Agency Practice
I'm the director of a small, non-profit, church affiliated child welfare agency in Alabama. I see us serving fewer and fewer birthmothers, with most of them going to attorneys, facilitatators, or for profit agencies, frequently out of state.
I would like to communicate with other agency workers, or directors, who are dealing with this issue. at their agency. I'd like to talk, compare notes, and possibly develop some creative ideas to address this problem. Our agency is very open in it's options for birthmoms, and our couples are open to risks, so I have that covered. Will check this on a regular basis and will look forward to talking with someone. |
