Can't find birthrecords
I am a birthmom.....a young lady contact me a few weeks ago...she has no birth record and her adopted mom will not help her w/ any info,,,, I know a lot of info on the child I placed for adoption.....She was placed w/ and agency...that says all records are sealed,,,,So my question is...How do we find out who this child is! and if she is mine? Please help//// Candie in Tx.
