Texas Forms Needed...
I am in the process of a private adoption here in South Carolina. I am looking for two forms that I need to fill out in order to give to the person conducting my Home Study. I need one form that will enable the State of Texas to release my "criminal" record to her and one where she can check to see if I am on their Abuse and Neglect File.
She was in the middle of something else when I called her, but commented that if I was computer savvy I might be able to find them online. Well, I like to think of myself as savvy...but, I'm also working right now...so I don't have much time. Can anyone help me?? Michelle
