A question for CA Social Worker....
I am very interested in a sib group in CA. I have been told that out of state is not being considered for these kids. I was also told that there has not been any qualified families in CA try to adopt these kids. When would CA consider an out of state placement if a qualified out of state family came forward? Is there any kind of time line that CA would have to honor? While fingers are twiddling, a sib group that could be adopted sits in foster care....

Los Angeles has been known to dragout Adoptions for 3 years plus!
