Thinking of adopting from Haiti...Need Advice

Can anyone who has adopted from Haiti please PM me with what agency you went through, would you recommend them or not, how long did it take, and how much did it cost?

Also, I'd appreciate any ideas about how to manage the high costs of international adoption.
