independant versus agency for Haiti
I've read on some previous posts that it's possible to do an independant adoption from Haiti. What all does this involve? I've seen quite a range in average cost. Does it vary from orphanage to orphanage? Are there orphanages that adopt to nonchristians?
As far as agencies, which are the top ones for Haiti? Thanks -
