Adopting independently form Haiti and Utah law???

Where would I look to find out if its leagel to adopt internationally without an agency in my state? Thanks! Kim N Clark

I'm not sure - but you could send an email the Haitian Angels Yahoo! group and ask on there - I'm sure there are Utah families on there that could let you know.
