Hi Everyone:

There are so many new products out. Does anyone read up on the different products in the consumer guides? Or have you found a particular stroller, car seat or other baby product that you have found to be a h-u-g-e benefit??

I was so thankful for my double stroller when our second daughter was born. My youngest could sleep in the back while my oldest could sit in the front. It was a bit long but it sure worked great!!! I could even change a quick diaper in the back seat that had a back that lowered. What products have been of benefit for you?

The Safe food net is really great! You put in chunks of fruit or anything really, and your little beginners can eat through the bag and you don't have to worry about them choking. It's also really geat for teething! It's a little expensive by the time you buy the refill nets, but it's really worth it. That's my standard shower gift now, I get that and put it with a sleeper and a bib. Plus it's something you don't need until their starting table foods, so alot of people don't think of it or know about it.

I love my britax 0-65 pound carseat retails at babies r us for about 239.99 but last longer than the 0-40 pound seats if you have a child that is tall or big. I also love my peg perego newborn carseat with matching stroller, it is easy to use once put together, and you can get babies r us to do this for you for free (the stroller part) and it is light weight, looks great and is so easy to handly comes in some great colors we have red and grey My favorite item however is the peg perego high chair, as you can use it with your newborn to age 3 or 4. The seat reclines back and has the 5 point safety harness that your little one can be given a bottle in it, or take a nap while your in the kitchen in style and safety. Some times paying the higher price saves you in the long run. For example my friend went through about three strollers and two newborn carseats in teh first six months of her babies life. She finally decided on a combi stroller, she is short, was having trouble getting things in and out of her suv, and got the matching combi carseats. So many new and wonderful items come on and off the market. Hope this was some what helpful.
