sit and stand deluxe stroller

does anyone have any experience with a sit and stand type double stroller. i saw one that looks like a regular stroller but behind the baby sit there is a place for a toddler to either stand or sit. i saw it on line so i don't know if there are seat belts for the back child. but i was just wondering if any one is using this for a baby and older toddler/preschooler.

One of the families at church has this stroller. It only has a strap that crosses between the two sides of the handle extensions to prevent the child from falling backwards. There is another "stroller expansion" product that The Right Start and One Step Ahead carry that attaches to the back axle of a traditional stroller. It looks like a round skateboard. The child stands on it and holds onto the stroller handle. We used one behind a double stroller for awhile, but it doesn't work well if there is any snow on the ground. And in Chicago, that can be pretty frequent! Sorry, I can't remember the name of the attachment.
