U.S. citizen adopting internationally in Canada
Can anyone help?
I am an American citizen about to relocate to Canada. I am planning to marry a Philippine national on work visa there. Neither her, nor her father have any reservations, and completely approve. Beyond the citizenship issue, I am not a Canadian citizen, have never had any children, and am disabled. I know I have a lot working against me. Can anyone suggest the most cost-effective method of going about my quest? Is there some waiting period, or easy way around all the anticipated red tape? Turning multinational in Seattle
