World View Adoption Association?

Greetings! I am brand new to these boards!

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with World View Adoption Association in Toronto, ON? Or heard of anything?

I am wanting to adopt a girl from India and am trying to find an agency to work with that is under the CARA umbrella. There don't seem to be any agencies affiliated with CARA in my home province of Manitoba.

They seem really great but I don't want to choose an agency lightly. I imagine the whole process of adoption is one leap of faith after another!

I have seen Cornerstone Agency's name twice on CARA's website in the section where they list the NOCs issued. Since the regulations have changed quite a bit in India since Nov 2003 (Cornerstone placed two children since then), Cornerstone may have more information on the recent practices.
