Bolivian adoptions?
Hello!
I have had a hard time finding the answer to this question. Maybe someone can help.  I am opening a children's home in Bolivia for abandoned babies, and our heart is that it would only be a stop on the child's way to a forever family. I heard a government official in Bolivia mention Canada in the list of countries they are working with at this time. Is that true? I once heard of two Canadian agencies who said that they placed babies from Bolivia, but when I visited their websites, they say they are not working there now. Thanks!!!
