Canada Day Plans?
Just wondering what some of you might be doing to celebrate this holiday weekend...

We usually head down to the local festivities. There are lots of things for kids to do, and lots of music and entertainment ALL FREE!! yay. I always dress ds up in a Canada Day outfit (last years still fits!!)...perhaps we'll bbq, since its been so nice out!!

anyone else?

We're dressing in our Canada Day outfits and going out for breakfast. Then, we're packing a UHaul for our first trip to Edm on Sunday with some of our stuff. Wow...exciting, huh? We'll probably bbq as well in the evening. We'll celebrate more on Monday with DH's brother and family. Then sign house papers on Tuesday with my and the kids dressed in our 4th of July clothes!!! I love the first week of July!!!!

Well we're floating down the river with a bunch of friends during the day and will probably have a bbq and watch the fireworks.

Hello everyone...

We usually take a short bike ride to go watch the fireworks. Thsi year, my sister will bring one of my nephews (he's 15 months). It should be fun. I love watching him see new things, so the fireworks will be great. The bike ride too... she bought a trailer to go behind her bike to take him in (along with a helmet... too cute). My sister and I have made this a yearly tradition (me, my husband, her, her husband and now her kids). I love making new traditions!

It was worth it, the floating was super duper fun. But you know my muscles were so achy last night I had to bail early on the partying and missed the fireworks.
