Need Referrals
HI..
My husband and I have be contacted by a refugee from Africa that we know, who has been "resettled" in Canada from the UN. She is 16 and was raped. She has asked my husband and I to adopt her child. Problem is we live in the US. She is living in Ontario. Both her parents were killed in the war and her oldest brother has custody of her. This poor girl as been through so much. I want to make this as easy as possible for. I am looking for a name of an attorney in Ontario that is willing to help or an agency. Any help would be extremely appreciated.
