Adoptee Son born Apr 19-1970 in P.E.I.
Birth Mom searching to confirm if you are still in the U.S. and if need info for medical reasons. Your birth name was Trevor Lee but Adopted parents changed your name.I live in Vancouver BC but family still in P.E.I.
