baby boy 11-21-71
I am trying to help my brother find his birth parents. We believe that his name at birth was Paul Werbeski. We think he was born in Quebec. He was adopted by and American family in New Jersey. I think he was adopted through Catholic Charities. This is a new search. We do not live near New Jersey or Canada. I have no idea where to start. He doesn't even know how to get his non id.
