hi Tina: If you are over 19 in BC you can call Vital Stats in Victoria. (In the blue pages in the phone book). You can get all of your identifying information. If you are a birthparent you can get your childs name and town your child was adopted into. You or your bparent can put a veto on this information though, which means you don't want this info released. My daughter will be 19 in 2 months. Good luck to you!!!!
