Yes. New letter had to be submitted with the 18 yrs of reports and pics. No travel dates. Heard 4-6 weeks to process paperwork, but that things are at a standstill since the country re-opened.

Friends are there now

Some friends of mine are in Cambodia now to pick up their daughter. I believe their appointment at the US Embassy is Wednesday or Thursday. This is from a referral that was made last fall when the process could not be completed. I think some other people had posted recent travel dates above.
