I got an e-mail today (3-16)from the Head Consul in Phnom Penh US Embassy that the new policy was signed, but won't be official until today or Monday! But this is great news! Good luck to everyone and here's to getting our kids home SOON!

I heard the same thing... that it could be 4-6 weeks from time of seeing dossier. Heard that there are 270 families queued up... wonder how long it takes to address that many dossiers? Hopefully not long.

Do you have a referral yet? A specific child/picture?

I do and I'm wondering if that will make any difference or not. I hope so. She's already 7 1/2 months old!

If I hear anything else, I'll post it and I'll check to see if you do the same!

We were told by our agency we have possible travel mid-April depending on how quickly they process the dossiers, but no assurances.
