Any news?
Does anybody have any news at all on the moratorium?
For some reason, I feel like Cambodia is the place I should be adopting from, but I don't know if there's any hope at all, given the length of time this has gone with no progress. What has to happen for the moratorium to be lifted, and is there any progress at all on that front? Any tidbits of info would be appreciated.
