Please HELP
Hi my husband and I have filed step parent adoption for him to adopt my daughter the end of last year. We are now in the place that we need to terminate the bio dad's parental rights (with family code 8604), but do not have money to go through legal service. We got the form of citation RE adoption and proof of service from court, but it seems very complicated! We are going to have the bio dad served through personal service. I would like to learn how to fill out the citation RE adoption and proof of service forms from those who have gone through the same process, or the sample forms will be a great help! Thanks much!
