Adoption Forms
Help. I live in California. I need to find some forms to send to my step-daughters mother. I need the forms for her to sign to terminate her parental rights. If anyone has any of these forms and directions on how to do this and what to do please let me know. I am pretty sure I would send her the forms and then have her send them back to me. Is that the only process to go through with her? I had seen a background information chart for another state, that they send the birth parent when they were termanating their parental rights...that would be of help to considering we know nothing much about the birth mom and her family, but do they have one for California?
