good for you for reaching out with your concerns. calmly talk about your feelings with your foster sister. see how she feels. there is a strange thing that happens to us. regardless of how our bio family treats us we still want them to like us and want us. many people subconciously think that if their family treats them nice enough and shows them enough attention and affection that the memories and reality of the abuse/neglect that they endured will shrivel up and disappear or at least not feel so painful. talk with her and see how she truely feels.
