Foster Care Adoption

My last name brings back too many horrible memories. The family that wanted to adopt me when I was 15 is no where to be found. There names are Curt and Elvira Cooper. If you know where I can find them please let me know.

I hope somehow you find your former foster family. You may want to start with switchboard.com and see if they might be listed there.

Your note tells me that my husband and I are doing the right thing, despite everyone telling us that an older child doesn't want to be adopted.
