Can anyone recommend a good attorney in the Los Angeles area who may be willing to help a foster parent (not adoption yet)?

Most attorneys only want to help if it's to file adoption papers but I need representation to block a potential move of my fd by DCFS. The baby's attorney is definately on my side for the baby to stay but I want to get some legal counsel on what I may be able to do as a foster parent to intervene. The judge will decide (maybe) if I can be a de facto parent at the next hearing (I filed last month) so the timing is tricky since I can't have legal representation in the court right now. But, I'm not sure what my rights are right now or if she declares me a de facto parent can I have representation right then and there? Or, I've heard of other foster parents filing motions eventhough they aren't de facto parents.

Can anybody help with a recommendation so I can get some help sorting this out?
