Hello All,
We have a hearing coming up to determine if the birthmom's services will be terminated. If they are, what happens next? I heard they have to have a hearing in 120 days regarding TPR. So, what does the birthmom have to do between end of services and TPR hearing? BTW, she's in rehap now so I assume she's getting any services she needs right now. Right? Thanks, mamachell |

Not an expert
I'm not an expert, but from my experience, biomom can still work the case plan up to TPR, but she will not have DCFS pay for it. So she can still get therapy, take parenting classes, etc., but they do not have to provide them for free.

Birthmom can still have visits and keep working the caseplan in order to get her daughter back and avoid TPR. |
