Not usually. Once the rights are terminated that ends all rights the parents have. But this would be after the final termination hearing.

the court date is set for novermber 6th, she has visits with parents and a grandmother...
i dont mind doing the visits if i need to but its an hour and a half away and also since she is two i think coming to us and going to see them every week would be really hard for her... thank you for your answer

we dont have the child with us yet and no one stepped up to adopt her until now, so generally the courts wont terminate the perental rights because that would orphan the child so to speak so they give the parents etra chances because there is no one else... but this time we are wanting to adopt her so maybe that will make a difference.
