Family connections has been around for a while, they were recommended by Bethany Christian Services. We are just starting with them so I have no personal experience but we have have hear much good about them since we began looking a few years. The only negative I have ever heard was that even thought it is a Christian organization, not all the people who work there are Christians. They are all wonderful, qualified and professional but a non christian and christian my have a different perspective on some things. Just make sure you are comfortable with the worker you are assigned.
