The DSS has a web page for CA that has most all or all of the forms on it and I was wondering which ones you might had to fill out.

My adoption questionaire is 10 pages and 58 questions long [copied off the internet].

Also that HUGE pack of papers everyone talks about all the time that takes forever to fill out....how many pages [in your county] and questions does it have on it?

Gosh, it's been about a year, but I want to say ours was about 15 pages, plus they requested 'essay' answers to several questions.

I know the questionaires for our 'recommendations' were also rather long - I believe about 5 pages.

Hello I live in Oakland CA, I have been working with A Better Way in Berkeley CA. My quistionair pack was about 45-50 pages, It was very simple.

Although we did fill out a lot of forms, it probably took no more than a couple of hours. I had actually expected it to be worse, based on hearing about eh 'mountains' of paperwork. The most time consuming thing was drawing a floor plan of our house.
