WARNING: Many searching adoptees and birth parents have noticed that Florida was one of the states that changed information on the amended birth certificate so that it may not reflect the true date of birth or place of birth. they also have some in california, 4 actually, which is where i live. I just don't have a credit card or money to pay 35 dollars a month for it. but thanx for the gesture!
