Former foster parent Allen Parker searching for information on Nadine Simpson who was his foster daughter in the late 80's or early 90's. His wife was Martha Parker.

Nadine was his first foster daughter and was returned to her mother and then to her grandmother and he lost all contact.

He later went on to adopt a brother & sister - Paul (Buddy) & Bianca in 1992 before his wife passed away in 1996.

He lived in the Los Angeles county area.

She would probably be around 22 and I think her birthday may have been in June...maybe the 6th.

Not sure of a lot of info since Mr. Parker's wife has passed away and she knew most of that.
