California search angel needed.
I need some help to get information for my older
b-sister. she was born in San Diego county on November 9 1948 or 1949. I have some other informtion also. I hope someone can help.

Rainmon,
I found my adoptive mothers birth records, and they told me due to her age (she was born in 1941) all I had to do was call vital records, send a written request and they mailed it directly to me. Now that was Montana however I don't know what the laws were in CA in 1941, but it may be worth a try.
