I was just wanting some advice on how to tell if a search angel is scamming you? How do you know? I am working with a search angel I found and she has possible located members of my birth family. No fees or anything. My question is how do I know the information she gives me is for real?

I wanted to briefly share my experiences with the 2 different search angels that have helped me.

Both of them have given me information that I eventually found on my own. I haven't found any birthfamily yet and am still looking.

My response to your question would be to go with your gut instinct. Does this person seem sincere to you when you correspond with them? Have you been ableto, or even tried, to verify the information they've given you on your own?

The two angels who have helped me are just that, angels. One of them shared her story with me and I felt as though this person was completely sincere. I am, as I type, waiting for a phone call from the second one who hopefully has some new information for me.

My best advice would be to listen to what your heart tells you. I believe most of the search angels are honest, caring, compassionate people who were helped by someone in their own search and are now returning the favor.
