Male, born 5-3-1970 Los Angeles
First, I wanted to say how wonderful it is that you are willing to help people in this way!!!
My fiancee and I are planning to start a family after we are married this January. He does not want to necessarily have a relationship with his Birth Mother, but we do want some kind of medical history for our baby. I am doing everything I can to find records, but I have never done this before and it seems a little overwhelming. I tried the recommended sire above and was not able to get any search form other than for the last name. He was born May 3, 1970 in Los Angeles. The birth certificate doesn't show a hospital name, but we know that the certificate was ammended on June 28, 1971. The State Birth Certificate Number is 104-70-10865. The attending physician was an intern named William J. Darden, MD. |

You are an angel...thanks so much
If you are still able to search; I'm an adoptee born in Long Beach, CA, at LB Memorial to an Anita Ann Ferguson (maybe Fergason--or any other spellings), and a Larry Kirkman, on 10/19/67. I'm not sure if this will matter, but I was a private adoption and since my baby book has been lost, I cannot tell you the name of the lawyer that handled the case.
I have more information, but fear posting everything here for "wackos" to access. Thanks for any help given...Ann |

San Jose Girl 11/14/66
Have only just begun search in my 40th year following birth of DS. I was born in San Jose and adopted in Santa Clara County, have all NID, courtpapers with new name, solicitors details, CN, SW details. Dont know my original name or birthmothers. Live in Australia, adoptive parents moved here in 1972 both now deceased so how can I apply through the open county policy for Santa Clara - can I apply myself given parents are dead?
Please help if you are still able to do so. ![]() |

my daughter was born on that date in los angeles county ca. I know it was a kaiser permanente hospital but not what city it was in. try one near riverside county border. born early in morning. from non-id info looks like she was placed right away. the pictures i received after she was born the agent said they are non identifing and was of the child in a foster home. but from nonid information the pics i see are actually the family that adopted, it can't be anyone else. the adoption service was the colton calif agency of Lds social services (mormon) now called lds family services.
