Please help for california record
I am looking for my Aunt. Her niece was born on Aug 26, 1973 in Lawrence Hospital with a birth name of Mary Jo. Her mother didn't want to give her up and I don't understand/know all of the details surrounding her adoption.
If you can help, that would be wonderful.

what county in TX were you born in? there is a site where you can go check the old tx birth records. Looks like a long process but might be worth a shot.

my daughter was born April 21, 1971, at orange county medical center California There is a Priscilla J Schafer listed on adoption registry, everything matches my daughter except middle and last which every body says she probably made a mistake on name. My name at time of here birth Nancy Jean Voelkel. Her birth name was Carol Ann Voelkel. The name she put on post is Carol Voekel Sutherland which we believe she is mistaken. The problem is she must have move since she posted last . Can't seem to find Priscilla Jean Schafer, listed in internet white pages, or email for her. If i could find her I could find out if she is my birth daughter. Don"t know where to look next do you have any answers. My email is nancygene@peoplepc.com
